PROPERTIES OF THE DRUG
Transform™ 500 WG is a unique insecticide developed to combat pests with stinging-sucking mouthparts such as whitefly and aphids that cause cotton damage.
It provides control of both whitefly (Bemicia tabaci) and aphid (Aphis gossypii) with a single application.
In addition to its long-term effective protection, Transform™ 500WG has a unique mechanism of action.
Transform™ 500 WG has a translaminar and systemic effect. It controls insects with a stinging-sucking mouth structure both by contact and by stomach poison effect.
The active ingredient of Transform™ 500 WG, sulfoxaflor (Isoclast™ active), has been classified in Group 4C by the IRAC.
Due to the properties of sulfoxaflor (Isoclast™ active), the active ingredient of Transform™ 500 WG, it is recommended to be applied as early as possible, taking into account the determined economic damage thresholds, in the cultivated plants where it is recommended.
TIME TO USE
In the fight against whitefly (Bemisia tabaci) in cotton, larva + pupa count is made on 1 lower and 1 upper leaf of 50 randomly selected plants before spraying.
After the beginning of combing, larvae + pupae are counted on a total of 60 leaves, 1 upper, 1 middle and 1 lower leaf, in a total of 20 plants, one plant in 10-15 steps.
Spraying should be started when 10 larvae + pupae are seen per leaf.
In the fight against aphid (Aphis gossypii) in cotton, if 50% of the seedlings are infected after thinning during the seedling period, spraying is started when an average of 25 aphids are detected on 1 leaf during the field period.
USAGE
To get the best results from Transform™ 500 WG, it is essential to use the recommended dose.
Since it mixes easily with water, it can be applied with all kinds of spraying tools and equipment.
When spraying against harmful insects, care should be taken to apply the pesticide homogeneously and without dripping, so that it completely covers all the green parts of the plant.
